Why do companies and creators see different prices?
They don't pay different prices. It's the same price shown two ways. Company prices are ex VAT because most businesses reclaim it. Creator prices include VAT so you see what you'll actually pay. VAT is added at 20%.
How does the monthly plan work?
Monthly is 4 episodes a month, one month minimum, then month to month. Each episode is up to 1 hour in our Mill Hill studio. If you only need one, book a one-off episode with no commitment.
What's the difference between the levels?
Each level adds to the one before. Level 1 is the recording and the raw files. Level 2 adds the edit and 5 reels. Level 3 is filmed, edited and published for you. Level 4 adds a trailer for every episode and YouTube clips, and Level 5 adds social posting.
Can you edit footage we've recorded ourselves?
Yes. Send us your files and we'll check them for free before we take it on. Edit only starts at £275 an episode ex VAT (£330 inc VAT) on a monthly plan, or £330 ex VAT (£396 inc VAT) as a one-off. Over 60 minutes is £125 ex VAT (£150 inc VAT) per extra 30 minutes. If the footage isn't clean enough, we'll quote for clean-up or suggest recording in our Mill Hill studio instead.
What happens after I buy?
We'll be in touch within one working day to book your first studio session. Monthly plans are billed monthly, one month minimum, then month to month. A one-off is a single payment for 1 episode, with no commitment.
Can I just hire the studio?
Yes. Studio hire is £360 an hour inc VAT (£300 + VAT), engineer included, paid in full when you book.
Do you do content, live events and video?
Yes. Those are quoted to fit, because every brief is different. Tell us what you want to make and we'll send a written quote before you commit.
