Podcast production terms
These terms cover the podcast production levels you can buy on our pricing page, as a monthly plan or a one-off episode.
1. Who we are
LaunchPod Studios is the trading name of LAUNCH POD STUDIOS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12838722. Registered office: 5 Beaumont Gate, Shenley Hill, Radlett, WD7 7AR.

2. What you're buying
One of five levels of podcast production, as described on our pricing page:
- Level 1: Files only
- Level 2: Filmed, edited, 5 reels
- Level 3: Filmed, edited, published
- Level 4: Level 3 plus trailer and YouTube clips
- Level 5: Level 4 plus social posting
Each episode is up to 1 hour in our Mill Hill studio. What each level includes is listed on the pricing page at the time you buy.
3. How long things take
Everything is delivered within 5 working days of your recording:
- Podcast edit: within 5 working days
- Clips and reels: within 5 working days
- Trailer: within 5 working days
- YouTube long form: within 5 working days
Each episode includes one round of amends. Please send all your changes together in one go.
Where your level includes uploading, we upload within 2 working days of you signing off the episode.
4. Monthly plans
- A monthly plan is 4 episodes a month, billed monthly by card through Stripe.
- One month minimum, then month to month.
- After the first month, you can cancel by emailing hello@launchpodstudios.com, with one month's notice.
- Episodes you don't use in a month roll over to the next month only. After that they lapse.
- We'll give you 30 days' notice of any price change.
5. One-off episodes
A one-off is 1 episode, paid in a single payment, with no commitment.
6. Prices and VAT
Company prices on our site are shown ex VAT and creator prices inc VAT. They're the same prices shown two ways. VAT at 20% is added at checkout, and the total on the checkout page is what you pay.
7. Booking and moving sessions
We'll be in touch within one working day of your purchase to book your first studio session.
You can move or cancel a session for free with at least 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, we charge 50% of that session. If you don't turn up, the session counts as a used episode.
8. Refunds
If you've paid for episodes that haven't been booked yet, we may refund them at our discretion. Once an episode has been recorded, it can't be refunded. This doesn't affect your rights as a consumer under clause 9.
9. Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you're buying as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days, you agree that you lose the right to cancel for any work we've already done. We'll ask you to confirm this with a tick box at checkout.
10. Your content
You own all the footage and the finished edits.
You're responsible for getting permission from your guests and for what's said in your show. We can refuse to record anything unlawful or defamatory.
We may use recordings and edits to train and improve LaunchPod's own AI tools. We never publish or share them for this, and we don't use them to make a copy of anyone's voice or likeness. You, or any guest, can opt out at any time by emailing hello@launchpodstudios.com.
